1. Site survey & scope
A detailed survey identifies structural works, services upgrades and design priorities. We produce a clear scope, phased programme and compliance checklist for building regs and planning where required.
2. Design, permits & scheduling
Work with our project manager to finalise drawings, obtain permits and schedule trades. Structural openings, drainage, gas and electrical changes are coordinated to minimise disruption.
3. Build, inspect & handover
We manage trades, inspections and snagging through practical on-site supervision. Final handover includes compliance certificates and a clean, finished property ready to occupy.
